Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions of Service for Personal Training and Online Coaching

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Revision and Update: Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd may revise and update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated on 19 February 2024.

2. Disclaimer and Medical Advice: The information provided through this site or sent to you by a Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd coach is intended to assist you in your training efforts. It is of a general nature and is furnished for educational purposes only. Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd is not a medical organisation, hospital, or staffed by medically trained personnel. The information provided is not a substitute for medical counselling or professional advice from your personal doctor or GP. Before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, consult your doctor to determine if it is right for your needs. Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd cannot provide medical advice, and nothing provided should be construed as such.

3. Onboarding Process and Privacy Policy: In order to obtain a training or nutrition program, you must provide accurate and truthful information during the onboarding process. Your privacy is important to us, and our current privacy policy outlines how your personal information will be handled. It is imperative that you provide accurate health and physical condition information during onboarding. Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel your use of the Services if it determines that you have certain conditions.

4. Fees and Charges: Certain features, such as receiving a training or nutrition plan, may require payment of a fee. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your username and password at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, except as provided in these Terms. We may change the fees and charges by giving you notice in advance.

5. Minimum Terms and Renewal: To be a client, you agree to a minimum term of 12 weeks or 12 consecutive weekly payments. This minimum term covers the effort required to create your custom program and serves as a commitment to realistic timeframes for significant results. Your coaching plan will automatically renew each week unless terminated. You must give a minimum 4 weeks notice to cancel your subscription.

6. Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of online coaching, refunds are not provided. Clients may cancel after the initial commitment time with a minimum 4 weeks notice.

7. Delivery Method and Timing: We offer online nutrition and training packages. Upon completion of onboarding and payment processing, we will ensure immediate access to the online software and prompt access to the appropriate programs.

8. Indemnity: Users agree to hold Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd harmless for any claims arising from their use of the Services. This includes claims related to content submitted or made available through our Services.

9. Conduct: Clients must adhere to acceptable standards of conduct when using our Services. Misuse of the site or violation of these Terms may result in termination of client status, as well as access to all services and privileges contained therein. In addition, do not:

  • Share inappropriate, offensive or harmful content.

  • Falsely represent yourself or others.

  • Alter information to hide its origin.

  • Share any content you do not have the right to share.

  • Send spam, or unsolicited messages.

  • Distribute any malicious software or harmful code.

  • Disrupt the proper functioning of any software, App and any other system related to Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd.

  • Harass or stalk any other client, trainer or any person working in any context with Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd.

  • Use copyrighted materials without permission.

  • Share personal information without consent.

By accepting these Terms, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leppan Physiques Pty Ltd regarding the Services.
